It ain’t warm either compared to normal..that was my point. Nobody said the end of October is supposed to be overly cold in general, nor in a forecast.
1 degree Celsius above normal isn’t any blowtorch. Pretty colors can sometimes be misleading in both directions.
I don’t get the whole obsession with a frost? If the Deep South gets it before we do, good for them. It’ll come when it’s ready. I feel it has no bearing on the upcoming winter whatsoever.
And I know you were just replying to Kevin…I’m just surprised at the concern over a frost by some folks.
I think I had more rain this summer here than 2020, but regardless, it could be a lot of different things. The smoke…certainly. Whatever it is, they are very muted this year. Oh well.
Ok, so 3” in an hour, 10” total for what time period(the whole storm)? And if 10” is the total, then there was 1 inch on the ground before it started snowing, because it says 11” OTG….Is that correct?
Hey, I’m on the record early, that this year will be better for those south of N. Worcester county, and south of NE Mass in SNE. That’s my feeling and take. Imo it cant get much worse than a 12” total last year for my area… so up it is for this season. Average is looking real nice right about now.
