    Yes…but that’s not a problem for winter activities, and it doesn’t mean we don’t have good snow cover in February in good/seasonable patterns. Folks love to exaggerate.

    It’s absolutely sickening. Delusional might be an understatement. It’s January 30th…you have folks talking as if it’s March 30th. Hate to break it to these Einsteins, but you live in SNE, winter may suck currently, but nobody is basking in 65-70 degrees for months yet(maybe by late May..if we’re fortunate). Folks think because there’s no snow, it’s just gonna miraculously warm up by mid February….delusional beyond belief.

    Some of These people are just completely out of their gord. Now we have people saying snow melts as quickly as it stops in mid February…WTF? Who the heck are these dummies? And they have the nerve to say it happens in NNE too. This place is a complete f’n dumpster fire. Lots of utter worthless and untrue BS.

    Agreed. So Moving on let’s hope we can do better for the second half of winter. It’d Be hard for some to do any worse…so there’s that. I’m at 11” on the year…let’s see where we end up by the last flakes.

    No I’m not Kevin. I average about 50”…and I’ve done it before. Nobody is saying it’s easy, but it’s not impossible, there’s proof that it’s happened. It sucks, and it ain’t fun, but we’ve recovered from no snow in December before. So that’s all I’m gonna say on this. And lol about November snow too….the average for most of SNE in November is pathetically low.

    No. It’s just been some bad luck/bad timing. We had a period where we’d pull snow out of any old set up, no matter how bad. It’s just the way the pieces are/aren’t coming together. Pretty much as simple as that. Good/great pattern’s just aren’t producing. It’s our turn in the shit box the last couple years. It’ll change again, just gotta wait it out.

    It’s better here so far than last year…but I know some spots it’s worse so far. But this will almost definitely finish better here than last year. So it may Rat, but it will be less so than last year for my location. I need about an inch or so to beat last year, I think I’ll do that with all of February to go yet and half of March.

    We’ve made up for bad Decembers many times. It sucks to lose any of the winter months, but it happens, and sometimes you make up ground, and sometimes you don’t. Some of these comments are just downright ridiculous. So we know without a shadow of a doubt, that the next 16 days that bring us to 2/14, are gone? Is that we’re saying? Punting as some like to say the next 16 days huh…..modeling is that accurate 8, and 10 and 16 days out? Lmao. What a place.

    Thanks. This happens…it’s unfortunate when it does, but it does. Nothing anybody can do, but just get through it. Maybe something breaks soon for the area.

    Maybe now that it looks boring, something pops up. We’ve had some nice looks the last month or so…with not much to show. Maybe now that it looks boring, we do better? Can’t get much worse for a lot of us.

    It’s been worse for you even there…I’ve gotten in on alot of 12-18 inchers over the last 10 years too. Now we scrimping for a couple inches…we’ll really appreciate the next decent one when it comes. 1/7 was somewhat decent however(a low end warning event), close to 8” in that here.

    Ya, there will be no big warm up or torch anytime soon, or of any consequence, it’s January 29th lmao. It blows, but there will be no big warm up to take the sting away. It’s gonna make us suffer for another 2 months at the very least. Gotta just grin and bear it.
