    You never learn…that ridge will probably be less amped by the time that timeframe arrives…but ok. And wasn’t meaning conducive to snow…was meaning it won’t be what it’s advertised to be now.

    Southington went straight to 2 hr delays about 8-10 years ago. And introduced the 3 hr for extreme situations in the morning like this, to try and get the day in…it’s rare, but every once in a while they implement it..like today.

    That’s only in situations like this…where the extra time might allow the day to be salvaged.

    Did they? We are at 3 hours here. If this keeps up…gonna be a cancellation here too. Heavy snow, 25 degrees.

    While this is true…he is saying that he feels the warmth will happen(NYC as an example), but it will be short lived.

    We know where this is headed…the same place it’s been headed all season….go with the muted warmth this year, and you’ll win. I’d be happy with some 50’s, and call it a warm up. And it won’t last either…
