The sad part is…the nice weather to be outside is months away really…this winter isn’t gonna let you/us out early the way it looks now. Cold has been the theme, and continues to look that way for quite a while. Only a third through Feb…spring is a ways off, and an early transition doesn’t look to be in the cards. Suffering is where this is going.

Anything beyond 4-5 days is an unknown…tomorrow(Tuesday night) for the south coast crew, and more south of there. Thursday is still a toss up on what really happens. Saturday looks bad for SNE now…but can we really trust that look on Monday here? And beyond Saturday… flip a coin.

Heading up North(Far N Maine) for the long weekend early Saturday morning…looks like it should be a good hit up there.

Wasn’t the SSW supposed to happen this week? Just curious(I’m not following it closely) how has it failed if it hasn’t happened yet? And any implications are delayed a couple weeks anyway..right.

The Euro has been trash…seeing changes on the next cycle will be good. But if the Euro doesn’t start doing that by tomorrow, that means nothing imo. That model has gone to within a day, and then caves lately. So take what it shows with a grain of salt for a system 5-6 days away.

It’s tried to do that at least 3 times this season…and has been wrong every time. Maybe this time it will be correct, but I’m skeptical. How’s the strat warm looking…that could prolong things if it happens like it was showing too.

G Yup..heavy snow and 26 here. Say what ya want…but this winter has brought the cold. And it seems to be winning out more so than not here.

Nope..we don’t. Look where we are now. A couple weeks ago the Euro showed 64 degrees for us at this point. Now it’s snowing..so take with a grain of salt.
