  1. It's pretty awesome out there right now. +SN. Id say 2-3/per rates atm. whiteout.
  2. Driving moderate snow, heavy winds, near white out. I'll take it. Everything white again.
  3. we will get another 1-2" tonight and thats it. i only had us in the 1-3 range, so thats a win for the fx at least.
  4. 31 now roads keep getting treated so they are all wet, drivways sidewalks too, sticking to grass but its extremely light so no not really.
  5. i think they have to take measurements before a changeover occurs and ignore the set schedule. I mean, that would make sense anyways.
  6. I'm in a snowfall contest with a few another members on this board for every storm for NYC, BDR, BDL, BOS, thank you
  7. Snowblowers are fun, thats half the fun of a snowstorm. you've been missing out.
  8. BOS daily climo report says 1.2" for Dec 1st, can anyone confirm if this is correct
  9. Radar starting to filling in over W CT, showing signs of life. Rotting at 33F here, almost everything melted. All 0.4" of it.
  10. Updated Part 1 snowfall map. I feel pretty good about the original map right now after another 1-3 maybe 4" swings through tonight and beefs up these numbers a bit.
  11. I knew from the very start the general public would be carrying pitchforks on this one because of the numbers on the map dont represent snow depth at the end. There are two parts and a lot will melt in between around the state.
  12. 6Z NAM pretty decent for CT for another 2-4, 4-6 in NE CT
  13. Warming has continued a lot of CT above freezing now.
  14. Snowfall totals from Round 1. Map is for final totals, which i think is not bad. If i were to edit it, and i might, i would sharpen the gradient and bring some areas up some down. This map will be for verification though as i made it well before the event started.
  15. Bradley Airport also smoking a record with 4.6", beating 1.9" set back in 2915
  16. We broke a record for Dec 1st for Bridgeport with 0.7"! This beats the old record of T set back in 2012. Man what a day, back really hurts from shoveling.
