  1. Try Weston Nursery in Hopkinton.
  2. I think Toobin did it on purpose. He’s not that dumb.
  3. We have to wear them in the lab and if you sit in a cube. Although most in the cube folks pull them down on their chin when they’re at their desk. There’s no mask police. There’s 3 floors in our 7 floor building with lab people. We have 10 including 2 managers on our floor, and about that many on the other 2. In the other 8 story building, there’s 5 floors of lab including the vivarium. Probably 70 people in that building. We’ve not had one case in 10 months at any location. We’re still at 50% capacity but the daily census is around 25%. They still haven’t said when the office people need/have to come back. The rumblings are probably not until 2022.
  4. Work just ditched their basic Keurig and went with a Flavia system. It does regular coffee, tea, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate etc. They have a froth packet you use to make the steamed milk. Powered milk but its actually really good when its frothed up with the coffee.
  5. Are you in my class? I am today dude.
  6. Me too, but without the prohibition!
  7. I’m not butt hurt over it, and I’ve got a thick skin, but the ones who use it are generally the offended crowd anyway. I just don’t like it. It’s kind of like bitching about the milleniels as a blanket statement. I have 3 working for me and all 3 are really good employees.
  8. My son just finished up indoor flag football season. Where he played is a huge indoor facility. It’s like a big, 50,000 sq foot warehouse with fields. Capacity restrictions limited it to one parent. My daughter didn’t get to go watch him play all season. My wife went to one game and I had to wait in the car. So yea, capacity limits suck and make no sense sometimes.
  9. He’s not a boomer. And we really need that?? It’s pretty offensive. We can keep stuff civil here if we try. I think we’re all adults.
  10. Not exactly. There is no percent capacity limit, but there’s a 6 feet distance requirement. That constrains some tables that can’t be used. So the reality is there is a limit. But as someone’s who eats out a lot, it depends on the layout of the restaurant how constrained it is. Office capacity is still at 50%. That’s starting to effect some places of business, including mine.
  11. this is awesome!! Who’s responsible? .
  12. Coming down pretty good here. Have about 1.5” so far. Kinda surprised.
  13. That 3 months March to June I was home last year I put on 15 pounds, on top of the 10 I needed to lose anyway. I'm about 25 pounds overweight. At least where I would like to be . That 3 month shut in at home was hell. I ate way too much ice cream and junk.
  14. I'll probably get robbed. Maybe a few mangled flakes if I stayed up late enough. Kinda hoping for a Stein fail here at least. Would help with green up.
  15. You need to do it. It’s not as bad as all that. They’ll knock you out in twilight, not all the way. The worst part is the night before with the nasty drink. If you have an iPad or reading material, take it with you to the terlit. You’ll be in there for a few.
  16. I think they’ll hit just fine. As usual it will come down to pitching. I’m really interested to see what Sale does.
  17. Moderna's stock is up 9 bucks today
  18. Maybe I should hire you to run the Therapeutic area unit at my company since you know so much about how to power and run a clinical trial. Like I said, you and I think alike on a lot of stuff, but you're in my area of expertise and I'm here to tell you, that you don't know shyte about drug development.
  19. Its nowhere near a million. Or 6 million. The argument is that a side effect that affects 6 in almost 7 million would have been picked up in a trial. That's not true.
  20. Gardasil ran phase I, II, and II trials with full approval. The total in the trials was around 50,000 people. Zostavax ran about 80,000 total. Boostrix (dTAP booster) ran a total of 12,000. Clinical trials do not run as many patients as people think.
