Low 65, high 83. Looks like this will be the last of the nice weather for a few weeks at least.
-
Low of 60, high of only 79. New Bern set a record low of 57 this morning. Very impressive for mid August.

Low of 63 with a high of only 80. Dew points in the mid 50's made it feel like late September not August.
-
Picked up a total of .11" yesterday from 2 rainfalls and .06" shortly after midnight last night.

Low of 65, high of 85 with upper 60's dew points make for a nice Aug day
-
Finally starting to dry out. No rain for the last 2 days. Hitting the upper 80's but dew points in the upper 60's make it somewhat tolerable.
-
Picked up another .74" today. That is 7 straight days of rain. I am now well over 11" for the month.
-
Got hit by 2 thunderstorms this afternoon. First one dropped .37". The 2nd one dropped 1.73". Lots of flooded roads were reported in New Bern. This has put me well over 10.5" for the month and it's only the 11th. More rain forecasted for tomorrow.
-
Picked up another .88" today. Over 7" for the week now.
-
Picked up another .61" today. That gives me about 6.5" for the week
-
I am around 5.50" for this storm give or take .25" due to my rain gauge stopping this morning during a storm due to debris blocking the tipping bucket.
-
Looking at the radar, it looks like Debby is moving due east now.

I am curious. Does your weather station have some sort of blockage warning or did you figure it out when it was raining but the gauge wasn't going up?
No blockage warning. Just figured it out when it was pouring and my rain total was going nowhere.
Edit: I was checking the graph data and the blockage occurred shortly after 7am when a heavy storm came thru. Looks like I missed anywhere from 1/2 to 1 inch. Very hard to tell since it quit in the middle of the storm.

My gauge stopped working after a piece of debris got stuck in the tipper. Had 1.04" before that happened and had a torrential downpour before I was able to clear it. Since then, I have picked up an additional .61". Checked a nearby station about 1 mile from me and they have had 3.29" today. Lots more rain to come.

Picked up .39" today. A far cry from what was predicted. High of only 80 thanks to the constant cloud cover.
-
Rains have finally made it into our area. Have picked up 1.71" today and still raining.
Ended the day with 2.45".
-
I have seen anywhere from 5 to 13 inches for my area depending on track. I live on high ground so even 13+ wouldn't be an issue as long as I stay home.

Looks like the rain is over for us today. Got .39".

I wouldn't be surprised if Debbie is a hurricane by morning.
-
Had a nice round of thunderstorms move thru. Picked up 1.04"
-
Looks like our high was 94. Some small stores around have dropped our temps to the upper 80's with the associated cloud cover. No rain so far.
Spoke too soon. Had a brief shower that dropped .15" on us.

Heat is back on. High of 92 after a low of 69. Dew points in the mid 70's made it feel like the low 100's most of the day. And we could use some rain once again.
