Low level cold is having a hard time mixing out on the lee side of terrain down here. Temps up near Crozet are 5+ degrees warmer than in Cville. MS Paint map for detail

I'm pumped about the dryslot here, makes this a much better storm. We get 2-3 hrs of sleet/zr then cloudy and hovering around freezing.

HRRR is even busting high on temps now. 15z has Cville at 24 degrees at noon. It's currently 18 here
