    Like I told Mappy, I'm slowly getting there, man. It's been so rough for a all of our climo since 2016, so I appreciate the lighter amounts a lot more than I used to. Now I know for me it's just that "left out of the goods again" feeling more so than being upset somebody else got it.

    Tbh For me this is more about what's happened in my yard the last 6 years. I'm still gonna enjoy what falls (so long as I stay off of here during the storm), but it's just the "again" part of this that's frustrating.

    I just thought the "north trend" would've started today. I mean I guess it's still possible...but again, how often has thar worked out the last 6 years? Happy to eat snowy crow though!!!

    Uh...like every time since 2019? DC has outperformed BWI and Baltimore on every slider-like system that we've had since then. I'm kinda surprised folks aren't aware of that (but I get that this is a more DC focused forum).

    I didn't pay for weatherbell this year (expectations were low in November, lol) so the free maps are slow. So...it's a hit?? Hmm

    Yep. And I've had too many "Winter Weather Warnings" on systems like this that end up falling short or barely getting to 5", while to our south, as much as folks complain down there, in recent years they haved cashed in way more often than we do (it used to be the other way around so I guess that's the balance). I am so done with these slider-type systems.

    I haven't moved much from 4-6" the last two days. Seen this movie too many times the last 6 years, unfortunately. The "north trend" close to gametime hasn't happened in awhile.

    Man I'm tired of trying to will that purple line north enough to Baltimore...a game I've played too many times since 2016. Have no clue why it's been so hard for southern stuff to get up to at least here. I mean I'll still enjoy this because it could be 3 steps above dcenery snow, but I am kinda disappointed just because of recent history. It's just hard to get it up here lately, smh
