  1. Around here not so much, lol Better to kinda toss scenarios that don't usually happen here this time of year (but for a fluke of course)
  2. This is where ya wish our climo strike zone was wider than it is, lol We get a good 6-8 weeks to get somethin' to go right!
  3. Yeah it does. (Although add 10 inches to @CAPE's yard for the usual nina Miller B, lol)
  4. You're not allowed to mention that down here...Oh, and that was a nina and a Miller B! If we ain't got nothin' to tucky-tucky something to the coast on time, I'll pass thank you...
  5. Don't look at the screen, don't look at the screen, don't look at the screen...*looks at screen with an 1/8th of an eye open*
  6. I will be so happy when this nina gets the heck out of here. Three long years of the same dang movie. Yeah we don't know if the modoki will be affected by the volcano or not, but shoot at least it'll be something different (in a good way, hopefully)
  7. All is right again, lol But man I'm telling myself I ain't lookin' on the Zs this year...(we'll see how long that lasts, lol(
  8. Yeah I mean SoMD have been makin' out like fat rats the last 7 years! And man I'm exhausted from having 5 ninas in 7 years...the results have been like groundhog day, lol
  9. And that narrative about him not drafting well I think is gonna be disproven in the next couple years. Some folks don't appreciate the legit potential of 2022 (which could end up being EDC's best) wrote off about 3 2020 picks too soon (4 if you could Dobbins) and also too soon for 2021, really. Much of this is based just on 2019, imo
  10. I'd imagine they plan on keeping him...we value draft picks too much to pay that otherwise, lol
  11. "Miller B" Ahhhhhh!! (except for @CAPE treat for him, trick for the rest)
  12. I wouldn't count on getting a receiver. And this is gonna sound crazy, but...we may be able to get it done with who we have (particularly later this season) Not to mention...signing DJax doesn't make much sense if they were actually planning to make a trade. So I'd be surprised I'd they did!
  13. Of all the indexes I find the MJO the most exhausting to try and follow *waits for a joke* I mean I have a fainr understanding of it...but if it's during the winter and we spend more than a post or two discussing it...It usually means we ain't in a good spot, lol
  14. Thanks for summarizing this. Now these days I'm feeling more at peace with what's happened these last 6 years, but this is what I've been tryin' to tell folks about where more people on this forum live (well, half the forum anyway...because DCA has actually fared better!)
  15. Alright man--When we get to that week I don't wanna hear any "This nina looks to continue stronger longer!" Lol
  16. Are you sure that wasn't 17/18?
  17. Yeeah this is a classic, lol They may have been better off doing nothing and sparing the jeering that is coming from everywhere!
  18. Tbh It kinda feels like Lamar could demand it if he really wanted to, lol But man Harbs has got to make the change...I'm not sure how far we can go like this.
  19. But it could be precarious in a good way too. Just fast forward to December for a second...you can see a scenario where the key players are finally healthy (and you can already see hints of this on defense). We have Bowser back, Bateman back, possibly Ojabo, and maybe even Williams. If we are indeed still in thick of it, who knows? Right now, at the very least, we seem to be on the trajectory of being healthy by December when it's gonna count the most. If it all gels together you never know! This is the same team (and QB) that went 8-3 on one leg last year, and DID get clutch victories. So I'm still in wait-and-see mode. P.S. Kinda funny how we're still in first place, lol
  20. Wooooowee!!! That is frickin' awesome! Would love to witness a hailstorm like this
  21. I know this may not be taken seriously coming from me, but...How would you compare these 6-7 years from what we went through in the 1970s? I mean the enso variations are similar (four ninas and a super nino, lol), but were still colder then?
  22. Yeah I looked at the numbers for BWI since 1970 (see my post above)...nothing you can call a "pattern" per se.
