    We have all the windows open - it’s spring-like out. Happy new year all!

    My parents in East Texas are in for a wild Saturday. High of 77 with thunderstorms. The low Saturday night is 22 and they probably get 2-3” snow.

    Colorado is on fire. Thousands are going to be homeless. The weather pattern is amiss cause the climate is amiss.

    Our winter’s been shit but it could be worse. Houston will have its warmest-ever warmest December. OK that’s a big deal - but it’s been so warm it would rank as a top 5 warm November too. Wow.

    I never even had to brush snow off a sidewalk, much less shovel anything. That year was brutal. This might end up worse. I suspect we’ll get some March storm thigh to put down half a foot or more.

    We’ll get snow in 2022. Maybe only 2 storms and one some late March nonsense but it’ll snow.
