My vinca has turned brown due to lack of rain - first time ever. Started watering it tonight, hope I can save it. Hot and very dry it appears for the next month.

MDT recorded no rain. Capital City which is literally across the river got .3”. With that orientation I’d think Marysville would get hit, wild. Camp Hill had heavy rain.

What happened to the trough moving east that was going to allow that high pressure dome to move a bit west and bring that crazy hot air that's in the center of the country?
