Looking at the 12z and 18z Euro, Pretty much the same maybe a tic SE on the 18z but pretty much noise.

Not a big difference in the 12z Euro from the 06z run up here other then it did bump up qpf some from the 06z run more NE into Mid Coast ME.

Most processed foods already are packed with sodium, Not the same as table salt but really don't need to enhance it, I mainly just use pepper unless a scratch recipe calls for salt, Then i may use kosher or the Himalayan salt.

That will work, The prep starts the day before, They give you or at least they use to start you with a bottle of magnesium lemon citrate to get things moving before the gallon jug in the the last 12hrs that you need to consume to flush you completely out before the procedure.
