  4. 30 events here that winter here, 137.80", 14" and 10" were the largest, Quite a few in the 7-9" range too.

  7. 1.59" last night and today, 2.80" last week, Its quite wet.
  8. You should be happy if your area gets those totals this winter seeing you no longer care for snow.

  10. Its irrelevant as far as winter goes in October as far as i'm concerned, I'm getting prepared for winter so i'd rather have the weather be on the warmer side or at least avg, November means more to me and obviously what the pattern looks to be then heading into December.

I will probably look at a heat pump in the next couple years as they become more efficient, My neighbor had a new boiler installed last year and went with nat gas thinking they were going to save over heating oil, Well guess what, Price on nat gas is going to be 30% higher this year then last.
