Well if you define better, Yes as it doesn't leave the s/w behind but the airmass is not great out ahead of the low, Its a stem winder off the delmarva

That grinch storm erased all of December and we had to start from scratch, It seems like the years we escape the grinch, We've had some decent decembers.

The last few years we've lost December up here, That's never good, As it really does a number on the seasonal avg that's tough to make up, Will have to wait to see how it plays out this year.
