  1. Yup, I'm sure most accidents are in the parking lot when the guard is let down.
  2. Lets get it whiten up tomorrow, The wintry appeal is here.
  3. A few puffs on the chair or a couple hits of the flask might be contributing factors to not walking in skiboots on the stairs.............
  4. I use a grading system for the ones that go Camping/Glamping its similar to the hotel ratings ha ha, When you mention roughing it to some, They think its when they have to cook there own meals........lol
  5. I'm lucky if the path is shoveled to camp to get in when i'm up riding.........lol
  6. All for it when China and India fall inline, Done carrying the torch.
  7. Opposite, 30 yrs ago's strains were not that great of quality weed, You could by an oz for $20-40 and $80 max, (If it was Mexican or Colombian weed) Up until it was legalized a few years ago here, You could get $180-225/oz, One pound of weed was $2,800-3,600, Depending on the plant and the strain when your growing outdoors, Your yield could be half a pound to 2.0 lbs, I was getting 2.5lbs per plant when i was growing but i can grow anything and mix up my own soils.
  8. You have skiers at a ski resort skiing on snow and worried about falling on a snowy walk?.............
  9. Made it to 40°F for a high and now back down to 37.7°F, But those gusty NW winds in the 30mph+ range is really giving today one of the first taste of a wintry feel outside.
  10. Was spiting snow earlier this morning, Looks like a bit more tomorrow.
  11. So now we jettison seasons in seasons............
  12. NO, It starts Dec 1st, So in SNE last year, When did it start?
  13. Yes it does, Does it count when there's snow on the ground and the grinch wipes it out?
  14. Once in a lifetime story here, I’ve only heard of one other. Please note: graphic pictures of harvested deer in this post. A once in a thousand lifetime opportunity arose for our Shop Supervisor Mark Lohmann while hunting in Maine last Saturday. Mark came across a big buck with his head lowered to the ground which appeared to be fighting another buck. Mark had a good shot and harvested it. Come to find out, the two bucks had antlers locked in mortal combat, and the buck on the ground was recently deceased due to a broken neck. Game wardens were immediately notified, and it was determined that the venison from the grounded buck would go to the state for hunger relief organizations, but Mark could tag the buck he shot and keep the trophies. Congratulations to Mark Lohmann!
  15. Yes, That's when we like to kick off winter, With everything that's happened in the last 10 weeks here for me anyways, I'm not going to get in the woods this year for hunting but it would be good if we can get winter started around T-giving week and into the first part of Dec before and if we have an AN period before reloading towards the end of Dec for a change.
  16. One should expect a period in december where is going to be warm, Typical Nino, Don't know why some would be shocked by it, We could have bad luck the whole month even if there's a favorable period.
  17. Kind of defeats the purpose of the cover it doesn't it though?
  18. The tarp is not going to last either, If you do decide, Pay the extra and get the higher price one, All the less expensive covers are toast in a few years, I have a 32x12x10 and my first cover lasted 21 years and in 2015, I replaced it and no issues with this one either i have now, (8yrs), I think though it depends on where you have them, Mine is on the north side of the house so the sun doesn't heat the crap out of the cover.
  19. I use Moultrie trail cams, I have 4 of them that are good. https://www.moultriefeeders.com/
  20. The cutters in those years you mentioned wiped the slate clean where i thought we were off to the races, I think it was Christmas 2017 here where we got close to 12" of snow, I remember we almost had to postpone a family party that day but i remember going for a few hours before having to go home and snow blow the driveway.
