    My daughter's report from around Campton New Hampshire. Foliage pretty much sucks. Lots of dried and dead leaves. Beautiful day for a hike though.

    In second thought the foliage doesn't look too early. The silver birches in the undergrowth usually yellow pretty quickly.

    Glad today is out of the way and we can get back to our regularly scheduled best weather ever. Btw, where is that clown that said it was going to be 80/60 to start October? 60/20 maybe lolz...

    Going to be an early one.

    Today has worked out so far. Majority of folks who wanted rain received it. I wanted no rain and got 1 inch on the nose. I can deal with that.
