Hopefully the break in the rain tomorrow works out as forecasted for you during your Mother in laws 70th bday party. My son came down with Strep throat on Wednesday and with the ugly forecast over the weekend we decided to postpone my wife's 40th bday party. To many people crammed in the house with lots of cousins running around inside makes for an unpleasant experience lol.

Looks like The biggest difference between the Euro and Gfs is Ian's circulation hangs around us for days on the euro and we are kind of in the sweet spot so to speak. Gfs is further south and weaker with the circulation it seems. Euro would be an impactful rain event.

Ugh. Was hoping rain would hold off till later Saturday evening. Having a 40th bday party for my wife on Saturday afternoon. Too many people to have inside lol. Hope the models that were showing a later start time is correct.

I'd say they've went backwards each year. Playoffs the first year and almost beat Brady in round 1. Top 5 defense. 7 -10 last year. This year - can't see them winning 7 games.

Euro would be interesting around here next Friday. After Florida landfall makes a second landfall at the NC/SC border. Then moves N/NW through Virginia and west Virginia. Probably a decent amount of rain and maybe some severe with that track .

Looks like Samuel is finally healthy. Dotson,Samuel and McLaurin look formidable.

I agree the play calling was questionable in the second and 3rd quarters but both interceptions were bad decisions. He stared down his receiver the entire way on the out pattern and have no clue what he was doing with the screen pass. They will need better QB play than that if they want to compete for a playoff spot. Your right he does have the physical tools to be a top half of the league QB but does he have what's needed upstairs to be a top QB? What we saw today was a microcosm of the past few years with him. I hope he balls out and leads them to an NFC East title and playoff run. Time will tell.

I'm happy but my guess is Sam Howell/ Heineke is in there at some point. Wentz makes way to many bone headed decisions. I'll give him credit though. Wentz made a couple big throws in thr 4th quarter today.

Colts couldn't trade him fast enough. And they had no plan B when they traded him. Having no one was better than keeping Wentz.

I agree. The offense is still in the bottom 3rd of the American League. Their outfield is ready to compete but the only 2 spots in the infield that are league average or better is at Catcher and 1st base. Gunner Henderson will be up next year. Still need to fiquire out second and 3rd. I love what Mateo brings on defense and on the base path but can he hit above .190? Odor is a stop gap. And 3rd is a big question mark. This team is much better than the last 3 versions but still a long way to go to compete in the AL east.. If they end up with 75 wins this season that's a huge win in my book. If you follow the Astos blueprint were still another year or so away from competing. I'd say the future seems bright.

My guess is Elias still sells at the trade deadline. He's fully invested in his long term plan. Probably still 2 years away from really contending. Man this team is exciting though.
