  1. Look at the North trend on the GFS over the last 2 days lol. Probably the only areas that would have a chance with a continued north trend would be the highlands in the west. West of - 81 and you may even need to be further west than that. Like Cumberland area. Even if the bowling ball continues to trend north the problem is with the approach. Never say never and bowling ball lows can surprise. Im certainly still interested and I would think the Winchester crew would still be also. @WinterWxLuvr @clskinsfan
  2. Pretty big difference at 48 hours out. I would think they get closer to each other at the noon run but who knows. Imagine if this was actually a snow storm and the differences between the 2 major globals lol. Edit : definitely effects the Shenandoah Valley though along the i-81 corridor further north into VA.
  3. For western highlands I definitely wouldn't give up yet. The last 6 runs of the GFS has steadily moved the system further NW. Wouldn't be too shocking to see some snow west of Hagerstown.
  4. Definitely location dependant but I'd take my chances with the euro look being close to I-81 with almost 800 feet in elevation.
  5. Starting to get late for major shifts but if we needed a shift at 500mb level I'd rather be needing a north shift than south. 200 miles further north with the cut off would probably get it done. Possible still with it being 4 days out. Thr better runs had this a Saturday night/ Sunday morning deal before the cut off low decided to take a tour of the gulf coast.
  6. Too far south. Need that up in Tennessee And it's slower. Not a good run. Probably would be a nice deform band of rain.
  7. Eps disagrees. But yes you are correct for some of the OP runs the last few cycles
  8. Looks like deep creek is the place to be for this week @nj2va
  9. There's alot of hits on the individual members. Some are for thr southern parts of the forum and some are for western areas. Overall I thought they looked pretty damn good.
  10. 6z gfs is about 6 hours faster with the upper level low. Track about the same. That's why it's a little better in the snow department for us. On TT toggle back and forth between the 0z and 6z. Definitely a bit quicker.
  11. Need to get the bowling ball just a little further north. 850s cold enough south of us. Paste job for sure. Reminds me Of January 2011. I believe there was a mix/rain during the day and then a dynamic pasting in the evening. Took me 5 hours to get home on 70 that night between Frederick and Hagerstown.
  12. It is but it's alot better than it's previous 2 runs. Maybe a meeting in the middle which wouldn't do us any good unfortunately.
