    I’ve been thinking for a while about making a plea to posters from an archivist perspective. I worked 6 months as a media archivist for a news company when I was younger. Made me appreciate how much of a time capsule obscure moments in history can be. That’s especially true with weather. Modeling images in a lot of storm threads are dead links.

    The icon doesn’t have the weird oblong shaped ULL like on the Euro and GFS. The kicker doesn’t break down the ridge out west as bad. But also it’s the icon.

    The call for a warm, less snowy winter was warranted even if that’s not how things panned out. For people who enjoy cold and snow that forecast busted to their benefit. It’s felt like a real winter even if the snowfall has yet to reach normal levels, yet… we’ll see this Wed-Thurs.

    It's way more southeast of the GFS you could argue it's on its own compared to the GFS-Euro.

    Does the UKMET and CMC have a "too close to the coast bias" in these setups? They're basically in the same spot as the Euro.
