    I mean it could be right but let’s not forget that 2 weeks ago Christmas was 55°. Now it’s possible some areas don’t get out of the 30s.

    18z HRDPS from yesterday was right on the money - it showed single digits in the northern areas with that warm pocket in southern MD. IMBY-wise it was the only model showing 12° and sure enough that was the low. This is all going in my weenie folder for later when it’s the only model showing us getting snow.

    I was wrong - low was 11.8°. Currently 14.4°

    19.4° at 8:30. Forecast is 12°. I suppose it’s possible but I have a suspicion that it levels out around 14/15 for the low.

    Dolly Sods is gorgeous - went backpacking there a few summers ago. Need to go back soon.
