  1. Radar looking juicy around the DC area. I bet traffic is awesome lol. Looks like some good rains are headed into PG and AA once again.
  2. Looks like another nice batch building to the west again. This one might slide SE of us. That's ok. Can't be greedy lol
  3. Picked up 0.45" in about 15 minutes. It's rumbling down your way now.
  4. My heater continues. One little storm and it's headed dead smack into my yard. Beautiful
  5. It feels like a sea breeze into AA County from the bay type of day that sparks off loud, localized thunderstorms east of 95.
  6. Fantastic! They are both massive. One is almost 9' tall and almost 9 feet wide at the base lol. Cloudy and nice 82 here in Pikesville where I'm working. Super dry around here.
  7. Looks like the desert valley has a decent chance tonight for storms. I'm rooting for the valley. My area is back to normal. Grass is growing like nuts again and creeks are back to normal.
  8. I actually did a paver sidewalk job in Pikesville today. It can rain on it for 24 hours. I was watching the radar there and was getting bummed my work would get ruined. I couldn't believe how it parted and missed Pikesville lol. That area is really dry. Mush drier than my yard.
  9. I'm not going to complain about the drought anymore. My area is making great improvements. I just had a really fun storm. I had a great view of some spectacular lightning, and a lot of gusty winds. I'd estimate at least a half inch so far. The grass has greened up and nature is looking less stressed.
  10. It's rocking 12 miles to my NE. Severna Park is getting raked. I hear lots of thunder coming from it.
  11. This has to be one of the most boring weather years I can remember. Hopefully the tropics change that but I seriously doubt it. Looks pretty boring out there as well. Just a bunch of dust.
  12. Meanwhile, Winchester is getting rocked lol
  13. Looks like whoever missed the rain this week will be waiting a while for another chance. LR looking dry.
  14. The drought in my yard here in western AA County is temporarily on hold. Getting nailed with some beautiful rain as I type. Just sitting on my covered patio enjoying a homegrown joint and watching it rain. Edit: It just keeps building and getting heavier. Wow
  15. My heater might be continuing. Flair up right to my west. Come on, little cell. Hold together.
  16. Floyd was a really cool storm here in AA County. Trees blew down everywhere, tons of rain and a PRE event.
  17. Looks like storms are developing in VA. They look east of the desert wasteland valley region unfortunately. Possibly some action for the rest of the area.
  18. NE MD didn't even have to wait until noon to get inundated with storms. Must be a swamp up there. Seems like they get crushed every day. It's humid, damp, cloudy, and about 80 degrees here. Seems very tropical again today.
  19. Yup. Central VA has been swamped this summer. Looks the the drought won this round. I'm glad I got an inch. Probably it for another couple months. Looks really dry from today onward.
  20. Will this blob make it to DC? We'll see.
  21. Looks like 1-2" with lollies up to 3" across the DC area, up your way, and across PG and AA. I'll take that run too. I'm just happy to I've had some interesting weather finally.
  22. 1.15" in my yard yesterday. Feels like the front came through overnight. Beautiful morning. Looks like another chance for rain tonight.
  23. It looks like the line in VA is growing SW and headed generally towards the DC area. I wonder if that makes it across the area. I'm on a mini heater today. I'll take all I can get.
  24. Second round of storms incoming. I'm on a heater today. The sky has been beautiful for the past couple of hours. It reminds me of tropical remnants. I hope the front stays where it is. Sorry western fokes. I've watched you get snow for years while I get 33 degree rain.
