  1. My high cannabis plants didn't seem to notice the 50 degree low temperature in the garden this morning. They looked like they had their normal positive vibes.
  2. Total case of fall fever kicked in today. That wind blew up my shirt this morning and made me shiver for a second. What a awesome weather day. On days like today I love working outside.
  3. Awesome! Cloudy and cool will make a nice little break from the relentless heat and sun as of late.
  4. Radar looks good for the DC area, and points east. Looks like a stormy night starting to unfold.
  5. I think it fills in and a big, slow moving line of storms crawls across the area overnight. It's a tropical jungle out here. The woods are extremely loud this evening. Time to spark one up and go for an evening walk.
  6. Lots of debbing before the show even starts. Radar looks interesting to me. Lots of storms in VA and strengthening.
  7. That was one of the best rainers all summer. 1.85" in a little over an hour. The .60 I received last night makes this a very wet day for the watershed where I live.
  8. I hope it does. It's still pouring here. The lightning seems to have increased in the past 15 minutes and the rain has that pounding sound again. This is making up for the skimpy tropical remnant.
  9. I'm getting nailed with heavy tropical rain. It seems to just keep coming. Creeks are flash flooding. The South River watershed is getting flushed this evening. Flash flooding hitting route 450 as I type.
  10. I know you live in the woods. How about the annual cicadas right now? Holy crap. The tropical jungle vibe is off the charts right now. I'm getting ready to get nailed with a good storm. Good excuse to spark up a little something.
  11. The storm coming across northern PG county looks nice on radar. It's headed my direction. It sounds like a jungle out here with rolling thunder in the distance.
  12. Looks like things are getting back to normal. Stephens City whiff to the east, north and south. Mostly cloudy here. I had 0.60" in the rain bucket this morning. The drought feels over here. Looks like a decent shot at storms later on today across the DC area.
  13. Ugh.. you're right. Yay! Beautiful fall temps and DP's. Wait, why is it foggy? What's that burnt rubber smell? Ewwww.. it's smoke from wildfires.
  14. I was surprised to see it soaking wet out there when I got up. I'm looking forward to this fall preview this week.
  15. I'm out hiking in Crownsville and it's 10/10 late summer weather out here.
  16. Beautiful morning here in my area. It got down to 59 in my garden.
  17. Beautiful weather warning in effect. Beautiful weather watch up for tomorrow. I'm sure we'll get a warning in the morning.
  18. I was surprised to see I got a half inch of rain last night. We're a rain town now. Beautiful morning!
  19. I feel the same. I got 2" for the entire event. I had some good rains while western areas remained dry. Mother nature basically just equalized the entire area. I'm happy the Shenandoah Mountains and valley jacked. I love that area. I want to see good fall color out there this fall. I'm sure this was a huge help.
  20. 2.00" for the event. Definitely a very beneficial rain over several days. The wind is probably gusting over 40 at times in the past hour. Looks like it's about over here unless some training line comes through. Not much to my south so we'll see.
  21. There's no effect from the drought due to irrigation. These strains I'm growing typically grow very large. They're 8-9 feet tall this morning. They'll probably get 11-12 tall. I'd say they are probably above average size due to my green thumb lol
  22. Yup. None event here so far. The wind is gusting to 40 here. For everyone concerned. The ladies are fine so far. Big ole cannabis plants whipping around in the tropical winds this morning.
  23. I'm just south of you. This feels like winter and everyone north and west is getting crushed and we're raining and 33 lol. I saw this soon as the low cut to Pittsburgh.
  24. We had flood watches for rain that never even happened. A tropical storm comes and crickets lol. Seems like a batch of steadier light rain is trying to develop over my area as I type this.
