Yeah a comment I saw suspects its "an arcing power line. Play 0:27 onwards at 0.25 speed and watch properly. Also notice how the lens reflection floating around to the right shows a less exposed version of it as two dots, which are the two power lines."

Wouldn't that be a gas, vid has 1.2 million views :)

I want it to be real, but it does look exactly like another video where the ball was generated by a pair of power lines.  I can’t really see any poles though.

The large size of it also makes this suspect, I read one of if not the best book on the topic 'Ball Lightning: An Unsolved Problem in Atmospheric Physics' by Mark Stenhoff which has many accounts from the centuries. I don't ken any mentioning the size of a house, typically they're softball size give or take.
