To say the obvious this probably won’t actually happen and it hasn’t happened yet but a seasonal pattern is a real thing.

Day 8/9 storm is almost in a range where it’s interesting. Nice to see a shot after. Would love one more trackable storm.

It’s undeniable that there is an at least modest signal on all the ens for a window between the 8th-10th. Lot of days to go to see if the signal wanes or waxes

Yeah lol - I mean it’s a better GEFS run if that is even a remote possibility but the jump in the ens is largely, if not entirely, that one member. The median didn’t jump all that much which was a flag that something was affecting the average

I don’t think the folks who code the models are profiting from sales to WxBell, Pivotal, etc. 99.999% sure they are government funded. Someone can prove me wrong tho

I will say getting off almost every social media has helped me not get sucked into a doom cycle. It’s not necessarily good to be in the doom hole. Gotta balance being informed with feeling like the world is ending 24/7
