Couple look a little hook-y. can’t tell if it’s actually a “hook” - but the Culpeper and Mineral storms look interesting

Storm in SE DC is pretty loud. Getting fringed but decent cloud-to-ground lightning off the balcony. 

Didn’t realize we had a shot at storms today? Decent coverage right now with more things popping. Like these kind of days, minus the bike commute home

Air quality reminiscent of the worst of the wildfires 2 years ago. I’m a little sick,  but was basically choking on the air tonight. 150+ AQI = yuck

SpaceWeatherLive should give ya enough info. Anecdotally I feel like Kp7 = good cameras can get it in the dark sky zones. Kp8 > and anyone should look. Kp5 rn is uninspiring. Bz needs to be lower too.
