  1. Hope so. It is frustrating to go from being too far south to get anything but freezing rain to being in the jackpot zone to being NW of the jackpot zone. 4 inches of snow would still be great. And maybe that jackpot zone will extend further NW.
  2. But what does it say for all the other models trending to the Euro yesterday?
  3. The sweet spot is still basically the same. Just lower amounts.
  4. If it ends up being the case it makes you wonder if the modeling is getting worse instead of better for anything outside 48 hours when it comes to winter storms here. Maybe the climate is so different now the algorithms they use are just too old now.
  5. Might be a good thing considering it usually ends up a little NW at the end.
  6. UK has one bad run after a day of great runs and tends.
  7. It is just taking forever. All the other models have jumped on board with the Euro.
  8. GFS is definitely on an island compared to the other models now.
  9. Not hugging it. Just saying the other models are coming into line with the Euro.
  10. NAM is further south and has ice where it was rain before
  11. Still a major storm here. They all have the axis of the most snow in the same spot, and all have mostly snow if not all snow for North of Raleigh. Euro has been holding steady, too.
  12. I wouldn't say it is a major outlier. UK and Canadian are similar. I think the GFS is an outlier now.
  13. Euro with another big hit for the Triangle and NE into VA.
  14. RGEM has the precip converging from the west and south in central NC.
  15. Really think the biggest axis of snow is going to be the Triangle NE into VA.
  16. UK looked like it was coming in colder. Only goes out to 66 with the 18z run.
