    Radar filling in now south of Philly, I would expect snow at the game within half hour or so.

    Exactly, I usually tell the wife when snow is coming but never even mentioned this storm because I figured it was a nothing burger.

    I had just been thinking that today, a couple of nickel and dime events with cold temps would be wonderful. Considering how Lancaster has the least amount of snow in the state the last 2 seasons if I’m correct.

    Lancaster Co folks need to just give up the ghost, one or two inches of slop paste which last on the bare grass for 3 hours isn’t even worth anybodys time. Let’s just enjoy our almost zippo snow totals and you can tell your kids and or grandkids about the snowless winter you lived through.

    I thought maybe somebody did a deal where they traded an Eagles Super Bowl victory for a snowless winter?

    The snow is all out west this year as record amounts in CA, AZ and UT. I’m happy I at least was able to experience over a foot in October in Park City UT, Jackson WY and West Yellowstone MT when visiting.     Went to Park City UT, Jackson Wy and Yellowstone the third week of Oct and ended up seeing over a foot of snow in those places combined. I enjoyed every bit of it knowing snow is so sporadic in our parts. Should have stayed in Park City all winter, they are getting destroyed with snow so far this winter.

    I remember many years ago, the Phillies were playing the Rockies in Denver. Game time temps were close to 60 and by the 9th it was 36 and snowing. It’s was one of those long game slugfests that would happen a lot in Denver.

    Last I noticed Lancaster City has 6.2”, not only the lowest total in PA but also NJ and DE.

    At least Lancaster can hold on to the “least snow in the state” title awhile longer.

    Snowstorms to the west of me. snowstorms to the East of me. here I am, stuck in the middle with nothing.

    Looking at the back deck chairs, looks to be about 2” with light snow still falling.

    Was wondering that myself, they have been under that elongated band for awhile now.

    2016 snowstorm anniversary, only snow we had that winter if I remember correctly.

    Harrisburg had close to a foot in that clipper in 96, as I remember driving in it. Was an over performer for sure as they weren’t calling for nearly as much. Thumped hard for 6 to 8 hours then we all know what happened with rains a few days later.

    That is nuts to be out last night, that was ground I’m FedEx express. We aren’t out on sundays or if it’s to bad they call us to come back to our station. No sense to be out and risk accidents or getting stuck over cat litter. lol

    I only do that if it’s really snowing or icy, the company hates if they have to pay a tow truck driver to pull you out. Never been towed in 27 years and am out most of the time in snow. Have to be smart where you drive that’s all. People understand if conditions are bad and they have to wait another day.
