Anyone else had a cough or cold recently that isn’t Covid? Felt like I got bit by a bus today.

Yeah... I’m worried that we are again broad brushing stuff again already. You think at this point, any shutdowns/other measures would be more targeted. Like the golf course fiasco in the spring. You just can’t lump in everything together, which is already what’s happening again. I’ve been very diligent throughout this pandemic, but he can kiss my azz if he thinks I’m wearing a mask outdoors not in close proximity with others

Citizens shouldn’t be penalized for the ineptitude of the USPS... if your vote is dropped on a mailbox by Election Day, it should be counted. I don’t care if it takes 3 weeks to get there, that’s not the voters problem.

There is nothing wrong with mail in ballots. The issue now is it’s not going Trumps way, so there is a problem. I’m sure if all the mail in ballots were coming up R, there wouldn’t be any kicking and screaming. He knew mail in ballots would be an issue for him though, which is why for months he tried to delegitimize the process.

Trump and his supporters begging to keep counting votes in some states while simultaneously trying to stop votes in other states from being counted is laugh out loud funny. Almost like this whole thing can’t be real life.

Not to be a dink, but aren’t you in medical sales? Did Trump help you financially, or did the pandemic that hit while he was president help you? That seems like an important distinction. Im still waiting for Trump to save me/make me money. We bought a house last year, and we would have fared MUCH better under Obama era tax laws than we did with Trump. Id argue that the new laws actually screwed my wife and I more than anything would have from prior administrations. Maybe I need to make more money to reap these benefits, which is where the crux of the problem lies.

I think people are generally doing the best they can, these holidays will probably mark a year since a lot of family members have seen each other. We are dealing with planning a safe gathering right now. It’s been scaled down a ton and is being held at my home (biggest space) and will more than likely involve masks when not eating, in addition to windows and doors being open regardless of temp.

Yeah.... I’m guessing it will be done in phases to hopefully prevent people from losing their minds?

New restrictions being implemented this Friday by Charlie Baker... seem like the first step in an inevitable path back to more closures like in the spring
