    So we went today to look at a used one. Sold 15 mins before we got there. We were getting ready to leave and the general manager came out and asked us if we’d buy the new one in the showroom if he sold us it at the price of the used one we wanted. We made a deal. Got a new 2023 bronco sport for 32,500, down from 36,900 list. And we got an additional $750 off as a Ford rebate, so really $31,750

    Cat pee is unrivaled. It’s 100x worse than dogs. My buddy had a cat that became sick at an older age and had a lot of accidents on the rug in their house. They had the carpets professionally cleaned several times after the car passed, and the smell never really went away. They ended up having to rip the carpet up and even replace a lot of the subfloor in the worst spots.

    My wife has an 18 rogue that is paid off, so we’d have a sizable down payment. We found a used one she likes with 6k miles like 20 mins away. its 31k, so not horrible, at least used

    What do they provide? I’d have to ask my mom what she paid for me to play back in the early to mid 2000s, but we weren’t provided any equipment that I know of. Paid the fee, got a uniform, and that was that. I was a catcher and I remember my equipment at the time was very expensive, and my parents bought it. It wasn’t provided by the league.

    So I pulled that tree out and the hole filled with water, I pumped it down, and didn’t see any visible areas of water. I filled the hole with stone. It’s filled with water again today. Im doubting whether it’s a spring. I think it might just be a low spot where the water accumulates off the small hill, plus the groundwater being so high

    Is a curtain drain on the perimeter of the house? Or inside? my neighbors house is pretty close to mine. I can’t imagine they’d have something like this dumping out 10 feet from the house

    There is a small pond maybe a few hundred feet away behind a neighbors house. We are told it is spring fed, but I have no way of confirming that. And I think I’m going to try that. I’m going to pump off as much water as possible and then dig a small hole, see what happens. Something is definitely going on, because even last year while there wasn’t stNding water like this, during the drought, when my entire lawn was basically dead, this area was still lush green in this like 4x4 section
