  1. Not sure about rain. Could be a pretty meh event though if trends continue. You’d be relying on the initial thump entirely, which has been trending north
  2. All time blizzard turning into a 2-4 quick thump south of the pike, you hate to see it
  3. Two fold problem. No trailing SW interaction, and late and north transfer. Result is an event with a ceiling of low end warning
  4. Yeah, not overly encouraging overnight and early am runs. Is what it is. Should have known better that we wouldn’t catch much of a break this year
  5. George, I’m hurt by this! And I have bad news, if I’m raining, so are you.
  6. in 2023, that’s moderate. I don’t care if the 80s winters sucked, we don’t live in the 80s. The last two decades around here tell me that’s a middle of the road, moderate snowfall
  7. Who knows, this is why you approach with caution at this lead. The gfs mean is being skewed by a couple big members
  8. It’s valid though. It’s negative in two ways. The transfer to a secondary happens later and is less dynamic, and warm air floods in.
  9. I’m a little nervous of that primary hanging on longer and longer, that’s a feature we don’t want to see over the next day or two. Given the season, I’m worried that’s what we may get though
  10. At this point in the season I’d rather flirt with the mix line and a more dynamic system than 7 inches over 18 hours like the icon shows.
  11. Yeah, much better look than the icon. Looks like anyone north of Plymouth area is 12-18
