    I’d agree, I bet I was close to 10:1 at worst here. Going to finish at nearly 7”

    @MAG5035 what kind of SLR did you measure up there? Temps ended up being solid here and 850’s were plenty good. Makes me think ratios may have been closer to 10:1 than expected. I was seeing some decent flakes during the 2” an hour stuff

    I think snow growth was actually decent and that’s how I stacked up so quickly. Temps dropped to 31.5 during snow and 850 obs were well below 0, so after the initial 30 mins of meteors, flakes were a bit more efficient.

    At first, I thought there was 5 inches earlier, then I took three measurements about an hour ago and they were all at 6, surprised me a little. I did suspect 2” an hour rates and that basically confirmed it for at least 90 minutes

    They definitely did up here. Just east of Michaux they ramped up to the 5-7” numbers

    Being just east of the south mountain corridor we had an earlier change at ~900ft

    Welp, I was wrong. 6” OTG here, still have another hour of mod to tack on some more.

    Not surprising, I've been getting crushed since 4AM here. Haven't gone out in an hour or so but probably over 5" OTG by the looks of it.

    Well you know its always something, not a cold enough airmass before, moving too fast, etc. Just part of the "hobby"? Haha

    I'd estimate near 2"/hr stuff going on right now and gusty winds with it. AWESOME scene

    Based on whats going on down here in CPA with the rates we have and the low blowing up off the coast, you guys are in for a real treat. The 6z euro destroys NYC area, congrats folks.

    The models were actually right with the south mountain line being the dividing line possibly. Hope you stack up 2-3" more before it shuts off.

    I was passed out on the couch knowing I had the alarm set for 4AM. It's been honestly pretty epic on this side of the mountain. Vis is maybe 1/8mi with +SN and blowing snow, gusty winds out of the NNE

    Congrats all who are snowing. Don't forget who started this thread And the relatively epic comeback we made when there wasn't snow south of Harrisburg a day and a half ago and Boston had 18-20" lollis on the models.

    That’s been the icon storm for quite a few runs.

    It’s like 45 min north I believe not far from Millersburg along the river.

    Good luck over there guys. Once it switched over for me in this part of the storm, the rates immediately were 1”/hr+ and gave the 1/26/11 white meteor vibes.
