Same here..... me thinks we may be in trouble
It's already mixing here. Not looking good. Maybe it flips back when we go under the 35dbz band..but it doesn't bode well. I still think you might be ok though..maybe 6-9"?

We'll prob get an inch in that super duper intense band south of MVY. But it will last about an hour then poof
I really despise these lows that tuck into Jersey..barf.

Non accumulating light snow here. Not sure we get to 1" lol . Heavy stuff is still south and we'll probably be too warm by then

You’re like the grim reaper lurking in the shadows. You’ve mostly sat this one out, and now here comes the shock and awe that you’re going to get crushed.
“Dumbfounded”
Powderfreaks game is definitely stealthy, but fatal. Props given where deserved

Let's shift the NAM track another 25-50 miles east.

Yeah I remember. We’re going to need a shuffle and then some though, especially with anymore of these moves.
It’s so marginal to begin with.
I'm expecting 1" of slush. Expectations are low.

Still like 48 hours to go here at least... we’ll see what happens tonight and tomorrow.
If these little trends continue... it’s curtains down here.
Euro is like 2-4” of slop followed by a healthy dose of rain.
Messenger shuffle? Not sure if you were around when he would seemingly will them into action w/ his posts. The late and impactful SE shifts don't seem as common anymore

The CT skipjob is real. We’re gonna need some east ticks next 48hrs so this doesn’t blow all over EPA/NJ.
I could see it tucking more north. Any ticks east have been like pulling teeth over the past 36hours.

Just saw the v16. Maybe it will score a coup, or more likely go back in the basement for additional 'bug fixes'

At least the water table in Taunton is filled.
Quite a ride for the mulch. Snow covered, to frozen tundra, to water logged mush

Model watching in the winter is like watching an NBA game. Sure, there is some entertainment value with the ebbs and flows of the 1st 3 quarters, but in the end all the matters is the final 5 minutes or so in determining the outcome (within 72-84h).

I love 45F marine influenced easterly winds and heavy rain during the heart of winter season. Man the coastline is awesome!
I'll be 36 and rain, if it's any consolation.

freaking garbage, the band offshore likely caused enough subsidence around it to cut off any potential additional snowfall to its west and south. I got a dusting of wind blown arctic sand. And next week's nor'easter won't be intense enough or cold enough for big snows, and instead I rain at 45F
On the Cape, when it sucks, it sucks hard.

my brother-in-law has a place in Chatham not far from Pleasant Bay, Eastward Ho golf club and maybe 25 years ago, he spent a winter living there while finishing up the construction of his primary residence. He actually now calls Chatham his primary residence and loves spending winters out there but I digress! He talks about taking the dog out around midnight before going to bed with beautiful, starlit sky overhead and waking up the next morning to a foot and half of snow. He said it was the craziest thing he's ever experienced.
Gotta be the Feb 1993 storm/Norlun

Some wind blown flurries. I can't contain my excitement
