  1. Hubby streaming re-runs of Ancient Aliens to the students over Zoom.
  2. Fight Fight Fight! Can someone fire up a thread for the chopper coming through on Christmas? Amazing how people get more excited over 6" of snow versus a deluge flooding event with ferocious winds.
  3. Rains to Lac-Saint-Jean on every model. Elk trudging through slush on Christmas in the chic-chocs.
  4. Whatever it is.....that is insane and I would give a kidney to have that happen to me. Looks like a shed.
  5. Yup, no doubt. A cub cadet is just a troy bilt with a yellow paint job.
  6. Well that was 9 years ago, and it was a "shoulder season" event.....soooooo see what I'm saying? Plus I didn't live out here then to boot.
  7. This sucks doesn't it @HoarfrostHubb @subdude :(. We may average a lot during a year, but it seems we only get that way due to marginal shoulder season events like last week. Never get the sexual deform bands (too far east and south) or the CF enhancement (too far NW)
  8. I thought you don't like snow anymore? Chickens making tunnels under the pack.
  9. Why does this always seem to happen to us?
  10. It's time we start taking the short term models more seriously too
  11. eh.....if we get the messenger shuffle maybe the goodies will be from you to me
  12. I could see snow day for elementary school kids....but high school? The only playing in snow that high school kids do is smoking dope and blowing donuts in empty parking lots. Maybe farting around on their old Indy if they're lucky enough to have one.
  13. Storm was an all time fav. Got almost 30 inches bro. So sick. Stole your snow no doubt.
  14. Yeah.....dunno if I believe that. We'll be more like the IBM shows. Especially if the firehose sets up like @ORH_wxman says and slams into the towering pinnacles we call the N ORH Hills.
  15. Might not be a tomorrow morning after this winter wallop.
  16. Well hey....I'm just saying. If someone has a lot of groundwater bleeding out in his/her yard, it could lead to the first few inches melting on contact. 8" instead of 12" - boom.
  17. Well there's still a lot of groundwater in the soil, so I could see it having an impact by keeping the top soil warmer than usual. It's not like we have a foot of frost yet.
  18. I'm so sick of tracking this thing, I wish it would be here already. Seems like it's been in the works for a month.
