Blue laws were good because they gave people a day off together. Everything nowadays is just go go go 24/7. Emails all hours of the night and you're expected to respond yada yada

This. I rarely drink during the week... Even one beer I just feel blahh the next day. Weekends I let loose occasionally.

I liked the blue laws. No one should be drinking on Sunday they should be doing more productive things.

Nice! I'm surprised they're active already. Sweet. I've tried trout fishing 3 times in the local area....nada. Gotta hit 'em on the right day. I'll be going up this weekend to the camp....might try Upper Baker in Orford again....we'll see.

Yeah I went there once... saw a Lambo in the parking lot. Had the escargot which was good, but you're right about the wine drinking. Would be a good spot to drive to from my place, travel all along weenie ridge.

yup. Had a few ladies at my work already run over and tell me "J&J Shot is on hold", cuz they know it's the shot I got. Now they said they won't get that one due to the clotting. Luckily I'm a dude. Honestly from what I've seen, the Pfizer one is by far and away the best one for efficacy, safety, and least side effects.

I'm not a big COVID guy.....but I do agree with you on this. It's been nice not getting a cold in forever, and not having people on my ass in the grocery store. People are gross....stay away from me lol.

huh? Say you need 2-days off every 6 months due to the vaccine cuz you're feel crappy after getting it. That's 4 days a year. Most people only get 5 sick days a year. And who the hell says the other option is death??? 99.8% of people live. Especially younger people such as myself. Our only hope is that it becomes less deadly over time, like most flu-years. TDAP lasts like 5 years. Hep B vax lasts a lifetime.

One and done is the best one. Although Janssen as a company seems sketchy after the whole risperdal thing.
