Crisp, beautiful fall day today.
Took this looking NE towards Monadnock from our friends farm in Shelburne. Wheelview Farm
(Close to @moneypitmikeold hood.)
Then saw this happy couple sitting in a tree along the Green River.
I had 1.8" on the 13 and 14th but that was awhile ago now and it was very dry before that. Did you visit the beer section of the Brattleboro Co-Op?
More brush fires incoming.
I believe it was October 29-30.
15 inches in Greenfield but much more in the hills west of here.
Power was out here for a day or so but south of here 4 days. Greenfield was swamped with people coming up from the south to get gas and groceries etc.
I don’t wanna see any property damage or injuries but it will be interesting to see if we pop any brushfires in New England. Very rare phenomenon in these parts.
This is peak foliage weekend. Colors in the valley right now are on fire!
I can’t believe we actually get a 70° dry clear weekend to enjoy it. We often get that October leaf grinch screaming Sou’Easter right at the heart of peak foliage.
