Lots of ski mountains were closed today.
This weekend is going to be a nightmare at most mountains. I’m heading north but mainly to see old friends so I won’t be heartbroken if we can’t ski.
Terrible news. It’s not like you can just order a blade up and have it delivered tomorrow either. That is a big, challenging, technical project, that probably can’t be done in winter.
I'm not sure I would even call the Thurs/Fri system "a cutter". It doesn't really cut North it's more a sweeping arc of southerly flow going right through central New England.
Yes, 2018-19 were not bad here. You are missing the big totals by miles sometimes, so that is certainly more frustrating than me watching T-Blizz get buried.
This general area has had a tougher time getting the goods relative to the rest of SNE/ W CNE I'm speaking locally, I know there are other screw zones N & W.
