  1. General 3-4” in the Glen/Jackson/Franconia area today. Walked out to Lost Pond.
  2. It was snowing hard when we left Pinkham Notch and hour ago. Close to 4” there. About 3-3.5” in Glen.
  3. Up to 2” in Glen/N Conway. Every little bit will help the ski areas at this point.
  4. Lots of ski mountains were closed today. This weekend is going to be a nightmare at most mountains. I’m heading north but mainly to see old friends so I won’t be heartbroken if we can’t ski.
  5. Summer project for sure. I can’t imagine how to get big cranes up that access road. I know they did it initially to put it up though.
  6. The potholes are insanity right now.
  7. Terrible news. It’s not like you can just order a blade up and have it delivered tomorrow either. That is a big, challenging, technical project, that probably can’t be done in winter.
  8. Not quite warm enough here for me to roll down the windows and break out the John Mayer CDs.
  9. 57° is the high so far in Greenfield. Lots of clouds keeping us from getting to 60. Still some glacier in my front yard but that’s about it.
  10. I’m heading to Bartlett to visit friends this weekend so hopefully we can grab a little fresh snow!
  11. I’m down in Amherst in the car thermometer says 60°. As usual, just breezy in the valley but you can see the low level clouds trucking along overhead.
  12. Still 34/28 here. Looking forward to the warmth to melt away the ice.
  13. 37F. That’s up 30° since sunrise.
  14. I'm not sure I would even call the Thurs/Fri system "a cutter". It doesn't really cut North it's more a sweeping arc of southerly flow going right through central New England.
  15. You may be in the woodshed mid April to mid May when the deep interior is basking in DSD days and you are rotting under 50° misery mist.
  16. I’m hoping for two good snow events between now and April and then warm and dry.
  17. I would be shocked if we didn't get a SWFE or two before the season ends. End of the month looks better for snow chances.
  18. Holy smokes! Great perspective. Where is that? It looks just like my old neighborhood in Cambridge.
  19. 17-18 was my last above average year. Been coming in 6-10" below since then.
  20. Yes, 2018-19 were not bad here. You are missing the big totals by miles sometimes, so that is certainly more frustrating than me watching T-Blizz get buried.
  21. This general area has had a tougher time getting the goods relative to the rest of SNE/ W CNE I'm speaking locally, I know there are other screw zones N & W.
