  1. It wasn’t bad early morning but the wind kicked right back up again as the sun got higher. This type of weather sucks late season.
  2. Yeah, with the lack of snow here, March has been like having another November. Cold and brown.
  3. Low at 15°, at least the wind is not as bad today. Walking the dog I barely saw any signs of green up.
  4. Joke was in poor taste but that was assault. Then he wins an Oscar 15 minutes later! He looked rattled during his speech. Bizzaro world. LOL.
  5. Was that real? My wife has the Oscars on and Chris Rock sh*t talked Will Smith's wife and got clocked. I thought it had to be staged but the entire audience looked shaken and CR was definitely out of sorts afterwards.
  6. Hopefully Kevin gets some good shrinkage on his 4 AM morning run.
  7. 36° and breezy with snow flurries at the moment. I’m generally a little tired of using the woodstove by this time of year but it’s a lot cheaper than the oil.
  8. Great, now we need the go ahead from Phin for the gtg at his mountain lodge.
  9. There is almost zero greening up yet in NW MA. Maybe a few bulbs sprouting in some of the direct sun spots around town but that’s about it.
  10. Oh wow, I have not heard them down in Greenfield yet. Mesmerizing if you go and listen for a bit.
  11. It was taproom only until this week. Limited New England distro for a few weeks. Sublime. Just a hint of grapefruit to enhance the fruity Southern Hemisphere hop profile. A stunning beer if you enjoy IPA’s. I bought half a case from the local craft shop, 25% of their allocation.
  12. Needs to hold above 44.5k and ideally 44.8k to confirm bullish trend. BTC and ETH will lead the way and then the alts will run behind it. I think late spring through summer will be bullish but I am treading carefully with the little bit of disposable income that I have. I had 80% gains for 2020-21 and don’t have any interest in coughing that back up through fomo.
  13. Yeah, for me I would say April Fools and then probably January 2005 were the heaviest snowfall rates I’ve ever seen. I was in Cambridge for both of them.
  14. NW MA has great, tight knit community and lots of natural resources. I doubt Armageddon is happening but if it did, there is nowhere else in the Northeast I would rather be.
  15. Warrant, Cinderella, Faster Pussycat... the list goes on and on. Hair metal is not really my thing but I can tolerate the likes of Motley Crue and Ratt. As a teenager in the 80's I saw Judas Priest, The Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Ronnie Dio etc, all of whom had talented bands and it made the hair metal stuff that came along later seem trite.
  16. Biden directly warned businesses this week about cyber attack risks so there must be some recent Intel with regards to that. An attack on financial institutions would not surprise me.
  17. Wut? Lol. Shelburne or Mohawk regional? my coworker did say there was a pretty good glaze up in Colrain when he left. moderate rain here with sleet pellets mixed in.
  18. I got 2” in that storm while 30 mi East of me got 18”+
  19. Years ago, maybe 2013(?) Greenfield got over 2” sleet in a storm the first week of April.
