  1. I picked up .70" in last nights storm. Another .50" in last weeks storm.
  2. That's been back and forth on the models. I'd prefer it not to roast since I'm camping in the Berkshires but I'll try to enjoy the weather I get. I would take hot over rainy.
  3. Oh' wow, that all missed Greenfield to the South. As I said earlier, it looked impressive to our west, on radar and then tamed quite a bit after moving through the hill towns. We had 2 or 3 quick gusts of wind but that was it.
  4. I am not seeing any prolonged outbreaks of big heat for NE in the long range. Just a lot of seasonally mild temps and average to below average precipitation.
  5. quite pedestrian here, I think the best action was south
  6. This storm looked a lot better on the radar but outside of some good rumbles and flashes there has been no wind or hail and only a few minutes of heavy rain.
  7. Greenfield can get pretty hot, my neighborhood is a little bit of an elevated River Valley so sometimes misses the big heat but 2 miles up the road at 600’ -800’ is much cooler. The clouds today were key to keeping the heat down, I even got some yardwork in this morning.
  8. Looks like not even a severe watch for Franklin or Hampshire Counties.
  9. Looks like I peaked at 87F here. Currently 84/68. I have yet to put up a 90 here which is fine with me. Save that for summer.
  10. I’m guessing that must’ve been their projected high? I just drove through downtown in the car thermo read 86 - 87 Maybe they were using the infamous bank thermometer that is always wrong.
  11. Wow, you guys are roasting compared to here!
  12. My high has been 82° so far but looks like sun is trying to come back out again now.
  13. Overcast in the upper valley now. Temperature down to 80°.
  14. 83/67 Some cloud debris filtering over the valley right now. I’m guessing we max out around 91° here depending on clouds.
  15. Today was relatively toothless heat compared to the forecast but should be a nice hi launchpad tomorrow. 72/66 atm.
  16. Even more of a bust here, we peaked at 84° and that was only for about an hour. Swampy but tolerable. 82/69 in my yard. The fact that the skies did not clear here until noon helped keep the temperatures in check.
  17. I figured with the humidity I should go hair down to get some curls and body to it.
  18. 66/60 Sky brightening a bit now but still some decent low level muck
  19. Just a duck and cover for our horribly outdated power infrastructure.
  20. Beautiful day and evening. Had a nice outdoor dinner with the boy for his 11th birthday.
  21. Sunday looks even warmer than saturday for western WNE. I noticed GFS backed off some on the furnace for Memorial Weekend.
