  1. Warm up and rain is fine. You only get ice damning when temps are below freezing, and either sun or heat loss from your house melts snow on your roof and then freezes over your eves. Ice and snow shield under your shingles is very important to prevent water entering house. Minimum 3 feet up from gutters towards ridge. I have 6 feet.
  2. Knock the icicles off to reduce the weight load? I've done it several times already.

  5. It happens. I tend to usually do better with coastal being further east than you. We're over 53" for the season.
  6. 4am. Snow falling. 20° Everything including roads covered.
  7. Taken with a grain of salt. My Wunderground forecast is calling for 24+ of snow, not counting today, till Feb. 22nd.
  8. Just measured only 1.75" new here. Steady light snow. 30°
  9. Mt Holly talked about that early yesterday morning when they dropped the WSW for coastal Ocean County.
  10. Temps seem alot warmer this morning than was forecast around the area.
  11. So according to your forecast and snow map, here in NE Sussex County NJ we are 1-2" ?
