Picked up maybe 1.5, but as expected it's almost all washed away.
Mommy, I want off of this ride.
No more.

If someone can post the most obscure, low budget model that shows the most southern solution with the most snow, just for laughs it would be most appreciated, and greatly boost my hopes.
Thanks in advance.- 1

With all the complaining in the thread, Boston has a chance to reach average after this month.
We have the chance to go to war with Russia after this month as well.

That map is probably close to final reality. I think 3-5 here . Probably more like 2” snow front end.. 1” sleet and 1” snow backside
1-2 here.

Normally, the demise of winter is a sad time for weenies, but in Connecticut, there will be a New Orleans style celebration.
@Cold Miser and @EastonSN+ will be the Grand Marshals, leading the euphoric procession from Bridgeport to New Haven.
@Sey-Mour Snow will be one of the pallbearers, wearing a ripped muscle shirt on that warm early April afternoon.
I’ll meet them in Hartford and continue on to BDL, casket handle in one hand and boom box in the other.
Rev Kev says the final prayer for the lost souls that were patient all the way to the end on the BDL tarmac.
We’ll all load the box into the cargo bay of a Spirit Airlines plane and accompany it out into the middle of the Atlantic where we dump the shit just like we have every 7-15 day model run since late December.
We will then toast the finality of it all with Zimas and edibles.
What a joyful day that will be.
That is great. Sums up the pain and agony and gives it one last prayer before kicking it on its way.

Nearby. The beautiful area of Burrilville RI. Sorta like Appalachia.
She is actually in FL right now but her son is at homeAhhh. Yes. That area is closer to me, but has better snow than me...probably most of the time this winter.

Ginx, what do you think for your area? My sister is wondering. I'm thinking just a couple of inches of snow if any. Some sleet and rain
Does your sister live in Moosup?...or is she going to vacation down on Moosup Pond?

Tomorrow's event looks like a loser (as has been for most of the winter) for my area, so now it's on to hopefully one more chance mid month.

At least 15 rain events since that first December snow.
There goes my final inch or so of snow, straight into the storm drain.

I wouldn't have even guessed that much. Thanks for your maps by the way.
lol. 14.3 in Killingly.
My 9.5 cries at that.My guess is that is an East Killingly number.

At least we have the 40" March Ray promised us.
I don't remember if he promised me 9.5 by this time in the season...I will have to go back and check his crystal ball write up.

Feels nice today
Woke up to frozen, crusty-man-snow and mid 20s, but it's been a nice day.

Snowfall totals from yesterdays storm in CT and the tri-state area as well as selected reports from CT. Thanks to everyone who submitted a report. The fx was about as good as you could hope for. A general 4-8 across much of the region and CT. Not perfect, though as some areas along the SE coast fell below the range. The gradient and ranges for the tri-state are were pretty close but ended up being a few miles north in central NJ.
Final Grade: A-
Took some pictures across the town today
...Me and my 4" surrounded by a 5.5", 7", and a bunch of 6.5" totals. I am truly in the WORST place for snow in NE, CT. Only been living there for a little over a year and I miss Brooklyn snow down the road. ...and even there it wasn't to great.
My 4" aligns with the 4" from the coast, miles south of me. f.ucking awesome. -

"shooting the boot" is something done in rugby, during post match drink-ups either at the bar, party, wherever.
When group sing-a-longs happen, and if you were the person leading the song, and mess up the lyrics you have to shoot the boot...This means take the nastiest rugby boot (cleat/ shoe), and fill it with whatever alcohol was lying around (and sometimes spit, and other stuff).
Some of the older rugby songs have some of the nastiest lyrics by the way. I think the whole practice has become a bit tamer over the years.
