This jogs any farther NE Key West is going to have bigger problems no?

I would get more concerned if the guys in the tropical forum start barking about it. Right now they don't seem very chattery...

No lava in the earth either.
According to my kids, it's in the floor.

I would take brutal cold if it meant a half decent event. Otherwise bring on spring.
DTN is poping at something around the 14th. Not sure how much cold air is there for support. Looks like a paste job at best.
Typical March with 70 one day and 30 the next.

Fairly normal commute into West Chester. Little ice on the cars. Heard a transformer hum a bit as I walked out of the house. Looks like the trees took a little shot as some were leaning into the roads.
Hovering between 32-33 here.

Sixers gave up too much in the trade. Ben, Curry, Drummond and 2 picks for Harden and Millsap. I dunno....they did add 2 very experienced veteran players that are still hungry to a young team that needed veteran leadership in the playoffs. But they lost a solid rebound guy in Drummond
DIdn't get trading Drummond. Drummond was only here for one year anyway, but still...
I honestly thought they would try to get Bobi back to make up for it.

What is DT seeing that the models are not?

FWIW Weather Sentry puts Chester County in the freezing zone (IMBY) about 10 AM Friday and precip lasts until 7PM. They have temps hovering around 32. Doesn't get below that till after precip. moves out.
Still shows the Sunday storm for roughly 2-3 inches snow.

Exactly. I may be a strange breed but I enjoy witnessing severe events and the adversity it may cause. (No electricty, internet, heat, icy/snowy roads) Your body shifts into a different gear and you adjust...
I too enjoy the extreme weather. I was all about Sandy hitting till the wind got right up against us, and that was nerve racking.
I remember the 1994 Ice capades. I remember the power out for 24 hrs, and my Mom getting nervous.
I don't think anyone wants the worst case scenario right on their door, but it's nature. It's gonna do what it wants when it wants like it or not. Got to be ready.

Sounds like a good time to bust out the generators and give em a tune.
Too early to call but that does not look good verbatim...

Weather sentry still has IMBY over 2" today, and another 4.5" tomorrow. I'll take that.
Given the fluff factor though, not even worth warming up the blower. Leaf blower maybe...

All surfaces are white here in Ivyland. Nice band over us setting up shop.
Both vehicles went in the shop this AM. Dead battery on one, deal oil pump on the other. Murphy's Law.
Ugh... Just got my oil pump fixed on my truck. That was $3K I didn't want to spend

Drops 5-8" IMBY. Crazy turn of events last 12 hrs.

My street has been brined. Hope I have better storm obs than that in the day(s) ahead.
if you don't get the snow, think of all that brine and salt dust you get in inhale till Wednesday.

C-4" Reading on east to i476. From i476 to the delaware River 2-6". Across the river 5-10" with 6-12"+ right along the coast. Will narrow the goalposts later tonight. Thought this was gone here in E PA until everything came West 0z and now 6z again. Heck, keep ticking W and maybe nudge those higher totals into E PA?
Considering the lack of snow west of the city this year. I think many weenies would gladly take that.
Ralph, how much of a wind issue is this looking here? Have heard some, but not much talk about it.

Suprised none of you have started a thread. I'm not on here enough and too much of a weenie to do so.
Guess the question is now, does the GFS cave back to the JV modles?
