    Spiked at 51° about an hour ago. Some clouds rolled in and now backed off to 49° Managed to rip myself from work and had a wonderful lunchtime dog walk.

    Good question. Still at 31. Our backyard is heavily wooded and backs up to a 12 acre forest/park.

    Just ticked down to 23 degrees on the deck. 4 miles south of Alexandria. 1 mile west of the river. Up tending the fire to keep the house warm. Was out of town for a funeral and wife called saying heater wasn’t working. Apparently we’re out of oil. [emoji91] [emoji2369][emoji42][emoji3063] .
