i like days like this with filtered sunshine because of the smoke it does not feel so bad considering this time of year..

kind of day where you want to open your windows and let fresh air in..

i hope it rains everyday in this humid environment to cool us off.. until a real front passes to dry us off..

that what usually happens as head toward july...the spring  and the first few days of summer could not have gone any better if you do not like the heat.. now you show up as it starts to feel somewhat like summer lol..

days are getting shorter now today felt like a mid october day why cant we just skip summer and enjoy this taste of fall..

chilly i might have to wear a hoodie and another jacket as well..

i will enjoy tomorrow 60's cool gusty breeze...hoodie weather..

even forky has not posted as much as he would if we had a hot and humid pattern...

could not have gone any better for those who do not like the heat in the nyc area..-me. it is even better then i expected..

felt humid today even with dewpoints in the upper 50's been uncomfortable since we have not been accustomed to that this spring..

the sun is bright again the air is fresh back to boring weather...

well it looks much better now then it did this morning.. so i guess that is a start..

schools were scheduled to be closed these 2 days for anniversary and clerical day..

we need something we have not had in a long time.. a humid pattern in nyc i can not recall that into june how dry the dewpoints continue to be..

interesting think about the smoke it can interfere in the sun  warming us up but does not interfere in radiational cooling..like clouds can..

i had the heat on as well did not think i would not be doing that in june..

here in the city you smell the smoke but lucky i was wearing a kn95 mask.. under my hoodie..

i wonder if the smoke has anything to due with how chilly it got last night..

what a beautiful morning it is.a little stuffy inside time to open the windows and let in some fresh air..

interesting the effects of the smoke blocking the sun temps dropped in june peak heating with no clouds and nw winds...

smoke is so dense the temp dropped 3 degrees in the park last hour at the peak of afternoon heating ..

it it such a eerie look to the sky i feel afraid..
