I think you meant 925 and up (higher). What’s the mechanism to mix down? I mean you call this in every system west of us so what’s your thinking of how it evolves and why?

To hit 90 days of 2 or higher it's a tall order. Possible but still at this point a long shot. Not that it matters if the tri monthly comes in at 1.94 vs 2.01. But I don't think it will be that high in 3.4. It would have to ramp up again (it will but when and for how long?). And at what point does it go over the peak. So 90 days of 2 seems like somewhat of a heavy lift but anything is possible.

So what's next? 12/3 UKMO has 3.4 at 1.93. I'm incredulous at how far 1.2 has fallen. 12/3 UKMO reads 1.41. It was 3.64 on 8/28.

Took a 6 mile walk-some cold rain at times between 5:45-6:15.

I think 12/11-15 is a potential window for good wintry wx. Pretty consistently chilly on the ensembles so who knows....

That makes no sense. It always snows in AK. Normal high for Fairbanks today is 11. 15 above can yield a nice snowstorm.

That 57 storm was a foot for me. 58 featured 4 inches the first week and of course 1960 a full fledged historic blizzard the 11-12th.
