    When I went to school they used to put chains on the buses. Snow days were seldom used.

    it's looking like maybe we should stick a fork in this event. Shouldn't be surprised by this, as thats how our winters in Pa for most of us have gone for the past several years.

    It definitely does. Even though I dislike the cold, I can tolerate it. But with this wind, as Canderson said, it's intolerable.

    A nearly stationary lake effect snow band has set up in Clearfield, Centre, and Mifflin County this morning and has not moved much in the past 4 hours. If you are under this band of snow (outlined in black), be prepared for hazardous travel this morning
