  1. The Petunias survived last night again. They seem to be a hardy plant. And they were white from the frost last night
  2. So far thr Petunias have survived. I'll check later today to see if they survived lasts night frost and freezing temperatures temperatures temperatures.
  3. Yes I remember that day Nov. 2, 1982 it was very warm and on the humid side that stayed warm into the night. I remember taking my grandfather to vote that evening before 7pm.
  4. Yesterday it felt like a March day. With that wind an a strong sun and very mild temps. Were one day closer to spring.
  5. Had rain but not enough to measure, it wet the ground.
  6. Feels like summer outside. Temp was 66 around 9pm now at almost 10:30pm it's 72.
  7. Just when will it rain again? Something meaningful like.50 or more.

  11. I don't wanna win by low temps. I'd like to win by high temps. Of course this is what happens when I live at the bottom of a hollow in the valley. Now if i walk out of my house and go about 200ft. up the hill I bet it's probably 2 to 3 degrees warmer or probably more, then down here at the house.
  12. Our garden is done. didn't plant any fall or late crops. Sometimes wish we would have. The only flowers we have are Petunias they will eventually succumb to the falling temps. We already had several frosts (and the other flowers died) and there still hanging on.
