    Yeah we are entering a primarily warm pattern for a bit from here on out. The pac will flood the conus with maritime air.

    The flow has picked up here pretty dramatically. We are getting hammered with snow. Deck, cars, and grass are getting covered.

    The latest GFS and NAM look a bit beefier for frozen precipitation for tonight. We will see. It looks like we could see more mixed precipitation than just a rain to snow type scenario.

    Imma need just a hint of zr and a coating of snow on grandfather at least. I'm actually off on the day after a winter threat for once and I'd love to finally actually summit grandfather in the snow. I think you will get your wish on Grandfather mountain.

    I agree. Ill do average all month if I have too. We will have ups and downs and thats ok.

    The way the trough is elongated for the Tuesday night threat I think the threat of snow is diminishing or will be brief.
