    Update to the parking brake squealing…nothing a little lube can’t fix (I hope). If the sound comes back, we’re replacing the rotor and parking brake actuator.

    Quarries are still very popular here. There’s one by my house that you need to be invited to join through a current member. Otherwise, they kick you out. There are a bunch around here though.

    Noise coming from my wheels was diagnosed…parking brake wasn’t fully disengaging/causing friction. Replacing it next week.

    My Jeep is nearly 4. It’s in the shop for new brakes (and whatever else they find) now. I’ll probably dump it in a year once it nears 55-60k. I’m thinking of switching to Toyota for peace of mind…and an easy 150k lifespan.
