    Several NE stations also set coldest so early last Nov around the 10th, then may do it again on Thurs-Fri, in addition to the above.

    Yes I did record 2" of snow around vets day...the record cold was around a week later.

    Don't know what the problem has been with the missing wind reports but the exposure of the anemometer at CP has always been a problem...There were always far too many" light and variable" wind reports. Obviously the airports will read higher with the open exposures. Central Parks are on the castle, if I'm correct. A tower above tree level would be nice.

    Station precip up to 53.75" for the year...See if I can exceed 60 by the end of the year..Have only done that twice in 36 years.

    ^^Temp departure here now at +1.5 degrees for the month...We've come a long way since the first 11 days of the month which were +10 degrees.

    Had some significant coastal flooding on SI today also...Rainfall at 1.18".
